TAIPEI (TVBS News) — Taiwanese singer Jody Chiang's (江蕙) fans expressed frustration on Tuesday (Oct. 1) as they failed to secure tickets for her comeback performance at the National Day concert, claiming the ticketing website initiated a queue mechanism 15 minutes before the official sale time.

The United Daily News fun life (udn售票網) ticketing platform apologized on Facebook and clarified that they began an "internal queue check procedure" at 11:45 a.m. on Sept. 30 to examine system operations and block bots, not to allow early queuing.

Despite this explanation, many online users remained dissatisfied, questioning whether some had already secured queue numbers and the fairness of the distribution process.

The Taipei City Government released 5,000 limited free tickets for the Oct. 5 concert at the Taipei Dome (台北大巨蛋) yesterday at noon. The website crashed immediately, and all tickets were claimed by 12:15 p.m. This incident has further fueled public discontent.
