The airline approved an average year-end bonus of 12.8 months' salary per employee and a 4% salary increase plus a fixed NT$3,000, setting a new benchmark in the aviation industry.
Tigerair Taiwan, celebrating its 11th anniversary, has seen rapid profitability post-border reopening, with a strong stock performance since its listing last year. The company previously led the industry by issuing a mid-year bonus of three months' salary plus NT$20,000 in Nov. 2024. This year's year-end bonus surpasses last year's average of 10.8 months, with some employees receiving up to 17.4 months.
