TAIPEI (TVBS News) — The Fubon Guardians (富邦悍將隊), a team in Taiwan's Chinese Professional Baseball League, announced Friday (March 13) seven themed events for the first half of the season, beginning with the BLUE POWER opening game at Xinzhuang Baseball Stadium (新莊棒球場) on April 3-4. The "Lu Come Lu Happy" event on Saturday and Sunday (April 18 and 19) will transform the stadium into a large amusement park in collaboration with the popular character LuLu the Piggy (罐頭豬LULU).
The team scheduled the "LOVING CUPID" theme day on Saturday and Sunday (May 9 and 10), and the "Night Market Feast" on Saturday and Sunday (May 16 and 17), which will showcase Taiwanese culture at the ballpark.
