TAIPEI (TVBS News) — Foxconn Technology Group (鴻海科技集團) unveiled AI-powered anti-fraud technology and robotic healthcare systems at the 2026 Smart City Summit & Expo (SCSE, 智慧城市展). The expo concludes Friday (March 20) at Taipei's Nangang Exhibition Center. The electronics manufacturing giant showcased its "CityGPT Government Agent System" to enhance administrative efficiency across Taiwan's municipalities. The four-day event, running since Tuesday (March 17), featured Foxconn's booth (R1013) highlighting innovations in smart governance and citizen services.

The company partnered with Gogolook, a Taiwan-based caller identification firm, to integrate fraud prevention databases and AI recognition into the CityGPT Smart City Platform. This collaboration created the "CityGPT Smart Anti-Fraud Integration Service" targeting scam operations that have plagued Taiwan's residents. Foxconn's "Next-Generation Urban Governance Model" aims to streamline administrative processes for local governments.

Foxconn also revealed Nurabot, a medication delivery robot developed with Japan's Kawasaki Heavy Industries now undergoing clinical trials in partner hospitals across Taiwan. The robot utilizes NVIDIA Physical AI technology to execute medication delivery and logistics tasks efficiently within smart hospital environments. This partnership represents Foxconn's significant expansion into healthcare robotics, combining Japanese precision engineering with American artificial intelligence capabilities.

The CoDoctor AI-assisted diagnosis platform integrates multiple products — Pro, Home, Watch, and Eye — with Foxconn Health Cloud for comprehensive healthcare services. This system extends medical monitoring from hospitals directly to patients' homes throughout Taiwan. The "CoDoctor Pro" AI tablet records seniors' health data and analyzes it through AI models, establishing foundations for health management and medical reference data for physicians.

The "CoDoctor Home" AI device monitors blood pressure, photoplethysmogram (PPG), and electrocardiogram (ECG) readings continuously. Data uploads in real time to a cloud platform where AI models analyze trends and issue alerts for anomalies. This technology aids care teams in early risk identification, providing around-the-clock preventive care and precise health management for elderly patients.

Foxconn's digital health ecosystem spans smart hospitals, home care, and long-term care services across Taiwan. The company's "From Hospital to Homespital" (從醫院到居家) initiative integrates AI, monitoring devices, cloud platforms, and robotic technology for remote health management. This approach promotes preventive medicine, enabling seniors to maintain safe, dignified lives within smart care environments. ◼
