TAIPEI (TVBS News) — Hong Kong singer Jacky Cheung (張學友) announced on Friday (Jan. 17) that he will perform nine concerts across Taiwan in spring 2025, with shows at the Kaohsiung Arena (高雄巨蛋) from March 28-30, and at the Taipei Arena (台北小巨蛋) over two consecutive weekends, April 4-6 and April 11-13.
Super Dome (超級圓頂), the event organizer, plans to reschedule the three shows canceled in 2024 due to Cheung's RSV infection. They will hold these make-up concerts from April 18-20, allowing ticket holders from June 7-9, 2024, to attend with their original seats. Cheung's Taiwan tour will total 12 shows, with dates spanning from March 28 to April 20.
To prevent ticket scalping, Super Dome will implement a real-name ticketing system for both the Kaohsiung and Taipei concerts. Fans can follow Super Dome's Facebook and Instagram pages for detailed ticketing information. Additionally, the KKTIX system will handle sales, though pricing and sale dates remain pending.
Cheung expressed gratitude to fans for their patience regarding last year's canceled performances. With Cheung's return to the stage, fans can anticipate further announcements about ticket sales after the Lunar New Year.
