Bank Sinopac to recruit over 100 strategic talents

TAIPEI (TVBS News) — Bank Sinopac (永豐銀行) announced on Tuesday (Feb. 4) its plan to recruit over 100 strategic talents, focusing on individuals with expertise in finance, digital technology, marketing, and risk management.

Bank Sinopac revealed in a press release that the strategic talents will undergo systematic training and diverse job rotations. The bank successfully launched several projects, including the overseas mobile banking easy App in Vietnam and Hong Kong, Yongfeng Cloud Chat, Carbon Net Zero, and Orbit.AI investment crystal ball in 2024.

The bank aims to build a high-quality, innovative professional team through a structured training program. The recruitment, targeting master's degree holders for management trainees and bachelor's degree holders for professionals, runs from now until March 15.

The bank emphasized its commitment to developing a robust talent pool by offering a 12 to 15-month strategic talent training program. This program starts with modular learning and branch internships to build cross-disciplinary skills, and mid-term rotations across different business areas to gain extensive work experience.
