TAIPEI (TVBS News) — Wowprime Corporation (王品集團) achieved a record-breaking consolidated revenue of NT$2.21 billion in January, marking a 20.83% year-on-year increase, media reported on Friday (Feb. 7). The company attributed this surge to the nine-day Lunar New Year holiday. Wowprime's Taiwan operations saw revenue climb 26.22% to NT$1.87 billion, surpassing February 2024's NT$1.678 billion.
Wowprime reached a significant milestone in Taiwan with 350 branches, the highest since its inception. The company aims to expand its market influence by setting a target of over 400 branches by the end of 2025. Despite weak domestic demand in China, Wowprime's China operations recorded NT$340 million in January revenue, a 2.06% year-on-year decrease. The company maintained stability through structural adjustments.
Wowprime's strategic expansion in Taiwan and resilience in China highlight its commitment to growth despite economic challenges. As the year unfolds, the company's plans to increase its branch count could further solidify its market presence.
