TAIPEI (TVBS News) — South Korean rookie girl group Baby DON'T Cry arrived in Taiwan on Monday (July 28) to promote their upcoming K-Pop Masterz 2025 (KPM) concert performance. The highly anticipated event will take place at the National Taiwan University of Sport stadium on Aug. 10. This marks their first overseas promotional tour, with their company head, PSY (Bak Jae-sang), personally overseeing the tour details.

Jeon So-yeon, leader of the established group (G)I-DLE, produced Baby DON'T Cry as their mentor and creative director. Their debut single 'F Girl' achieved remarkable success, surpassing 27 million views within a week of its music video release in June. During a press conference, the members performed 'F Girl' and explained that their group name symbolizes the courage to face the world boldly.

Yihyun candidly shared her initial fear of working under PSY but noted that their professional relationship has improved significantly, with PSY offering valuable stage advice. Beni praised Jeon So-yeon for her kindness and guidance despite her strict appearance during training sessions. The group expressed genuine excitement about trying Taiwan's famous bubble tea, with member Mia particularly eager to taste the local flavors.

Baby DON'T Cry plans to perform their original songs alongside cover tracks by senior K-Pop artists at the KPM concert. The extensive event will feature five different artists and last almost four hours, offering fans a comprehensive entertainment experience. Concert organizers report that a few tickets remain available for purchase through official channels. ◼
