TAICHUNG (TVBS News) — One person was killed, and two were trapped under rubble following a house collapse in Taichung's Central District on Thursday.
The search and rescue team was still searching for survivors as of press time.
Reports indicate the collapse unfolded while workers were renovating a house next to the building.
According to witnesses, the century-old structure, built during the Japanese colonization era, unexpectedly collapsed.
