TAIPEI (TVBS News) — Over 200 companies will converge at the "2025 Career Expo" (2025職涯博覽會) in Taipei on Saturday (June 28) to recruit talent, drawing over 20,000 job seekers. The event, organized by 104 Job Bank (104人力銀行), promises opportunities with more than 30% of the recruiting firms being listed or foreign companies, offering competitive salaries.
The Taiwan Stock Exchange's latest report reveals that employees at companies like MediaTek (聯發科) and ASE Technology Holding Co. (日月光) earn annual salaries exceeding NT$4 million. MediaTek and ASE will recruit on-site and rank among the top 10 high-paying listed companies. Foreign firms such as NVIDI Corporation (輝達) and Titansoft (鈦坦科技) will also offer positions.
Job seekers will find attractive benefits from nearly 30% of participating companies, including unique leave policies and stock bonuses. Conquer Electronics (功得電子), Tongfeng Construction (同豐營造), and DKSH Taiwan (台灣大昌華嘉) will be part of the "Hidden Champions" segment, highlighting their participation.
The expo will feature free career and resume consultations from 36 industry veterans across technology, finance, construction, and hospitality. Additionally, 19 corporate seminars by renowned companies like Far EasTone Telecommunications (遠傳電信), Shin Kong Security (新光保全), Fitness Factory (健身工廠), and McDonald's (麥當勞) aim to help job seekers understand industry trends.
