Long Fong Tarng's winning black bean paste egg yolk pastry showcases a golden flaky exterior encasing a salted duck egg yolk center. The carefully crafted filling combines low-sugar black bean paste to achieve the perfect flavor balance. Tower Lucky's creative peach delight pastry incorporates Muzha Tieguanyin tea from Taiwan into the bean paste, complemented by peach fruit filling and shaped into an authentic peach form with an oil-based crust.
