TAIPEI (TVBS News) — Techman Robot (達明機器人), a Taiwan-based robotics manufacturer, unveiled a high-speed AI visual inspection system at the International Robot Exhibition (iREX 2025) in Tokyo. The company launched the system Wednesday (Dec. 3) to achieve zero downtime in collaborative robot production line inspections. The system targets precise checks for automotive seat parts and server assembly components in manufacturing environments.

Techman Robot emphasized their participation in iREX 2025 under the theme of "AI real-time decision-making and seamless productivity upgrades." The company utilized Nvidia's (輝達), a leading AI chip manufacturer, Omniverse platform to simulate operations before physical deployment. Techman Robot enhanced high-speed motion control and AI visual algorithms through simulation, ensuring real-time and high-precision operations.

The company revealed its solutions allow real-time, zero-latency defect detection and quality control during workpiece movement. The system reduces inspection time for customers by 40% to 50% compared to traditional inspection methods. Techman Robot's technology enables continuous quality monitoring without interrupting production line operations or causing manufacturing delays.

Techman Robot also introduced their Auto AI Training technology at iREX 2025, which cuts AI visual inspection implementation time by 90%. The technology reduces reliance on specialized AI engineers, making advanced automation more accessible to manufacturers. Auto AI Training automates the setup process for visual inspection systems, lowering technical barriers for industrial adoption.

The company's one-stop automation solution supports a load capacity of up to 35 kilograms (77.2 pounds), enabling uninterrupted automatic stacking operations. The solution finds applications in warehouse logistics and end packaging sectors across multiple industries. Techman Robot's system handles heavy payloads while maintaining precision and speed in automated manufacturing and distribution environments.

Industry observers anticipate further advancements in automation efficiency and precision as Techman Robot continues to innovate in collaborative robotics. The company's iREX 2025 demonstrations showcase Taiwan's growing role in advanced manufacturing automation and AI-integrated industrial solutions. Techman Robot positions itself as a key player in the global shift toward intelligent manufacturing systems. ◼ (At time of reporting, US$1 equals approximately NT$31)
